How to Buy
Our 5-step buying process is structured, transparent and designed around you. A calmer way to move.
Step 1
Choosing your home

Step 1
Choosing your home
You can reserve your home at different stages of the build:
- Off-plan, before construction begins
- During the build, as the structure takes shape
- When the home is complete, ready to move into
The earlier you choose, the more opportunity you have to shape the layout, systems and specification around the way you live. Off-plan buyers have access to the widest range of personalisation options, including layout variations, ventilation systems and home technology.
Before you reserve, we'll confirm the price of your home, including any choices you've already made, along with when payments will be due and the expected completion date.
Step 2
Making it yours

Step 2
Making it yours
If you reserve your home before it's complete, you'll have access to the Hebe Homes hub where you can customise your home.
The hub lets you discover and choose all the available options, with transparent pricing before you make any decisions. It also makes it clear which choices need to be made sooner, which can wait until later, and how each one fits into the build programme. We'll remind you as key dates approach, so the process feels supported and straightforward.
Once you've confirmed an option, we'll arrange for it to be incorporated into the build as it progresses.
Step 3
Selling your current home

Step 3
Selling your current home
Coordinating the sale of your current home with the purchase of your Hebe home can feel like one of the more complicated parts of moving. We're here to help make it simpler, clearer and more manageable.
Planning your sale
We work with experienced local estate agents who can help you think through timing, pricing and presentation, so your home is well positioned from the start.
Temporary finance
If most of your money is tied up in your current home, temporary finance can give you more flexibility as you plan your move. We can introduce you to trusted partners who offer short-term finance, including bridging loans, that can cover any costs before your sale and may allow you to complete on your Hebe home before your sale has gone through.
Part exchange
In some cases, Hebe may be able to buy your current home directly, removing the chain altogether. Where part exchange is available, it will be based on a fair price informed by an independent valuation.
We'll help you understand the options available, so you can choose the route that feels right for you.
Step 4
Keeping you informed

Step 4
Keeping you informed
From reservation to completion, you'll have a structured timeline covering build milestones, personalisation deadlines, documents to sign and when payments are due—the full picture from the outset, so you can plan with confidence.
If timings change, we'll let you know promptly and explain what's shifted. You'll never need to chase for updates.
Step 5
After you move in

Step 5
After you move in
Moving in isn't the end of the relationship.
Every Hebe home comes with a thorough handover, including a proper introduction to the home's systems and the practical points of maintenance, so you feel confident from day one.
In the weeks and months that follow, we remain on hand to answer questions and make sure everything is working as it should.
We also stay connected with the Hebe owner community, because good homes should work well not just on the day they're completed, but in the way they're lived in over time.
