What you can tailor

Room configuration
Upstairs, you can choose between a larger main bedroom or two equally generous suites, to suit the way you live.
On floorplans with three bedrooms, the third can remain a bedroom suite or become a study with a fold-away guest bed, or a quiet space for exercise, hobbies or retreat.
In some houses, you can also add or move downstairs walls to better reflect your preferred use of space.

Storage and utility — tailored to how you live
Generous built-in storage is included as standard with thoughtful options to make it work best for the way you live. Add a boot-wash station or extra refrigeration in the utility. Make better use of the space under the stairs. Fit out the garage for golf clubs and trolleys, luggage or outdoor kit, so larger items are easy to store and easy to get to.
These choices don't alter the structure of the home, but they make day-to-day living easier and more enjoyable.

Architectural extras & accessibility
Technology, energy and accessibility choices all shape how a home feels to live in day to day. Adding these during the build allows them to be integrated neatly, without disruption later on. Options include coordinated lighting, shading, audio and home entertainment, electrically operated blinds, enhanced security, solar and battery upgrades, and air conditioning. For outdoor living, a pergola with adjustable louvres, lighting and integrated drainage can make the garden more comfortable and usable across more of the year.
All multi-level Hebe homes are designed with provision for a stylish lift between floors, whether you choose to install it during the build or leave it as a straightforward retrofit option for the future.
