We do not use tracking cookies. For analytics we use PostHog, configured without cookies or persistent identifiers. PostHog collects anonymised data about page visits — such as browser type, approximate location, and pages viewed — but cannot identify you personally.

We use your information for two purposes only:

• Communicating with you — responding to your enquiries, sending updates you have asked for, and keeping you informed about homes or developments that match your interests.
• Understanding your needs — so we can provide relevant information and a better experience when you engage with us.

We will never sell your data or send you marketing you have not asked for.
